Workout – First Day of March

Since today’s a new month, I needed to increase my running distance .5 miles.  It was hard to make it a full 2 miles, but I did it in a pretty good time.  I ended up doing push ups first, and went back to week one at the same time.  I think I could have done a little more if I didn’t have a pounding headache.  I did all push ups then sit-ups, with less than 30 seconds rest in between reps.  My stats for today were:

Running: 2 miles in 15:45
Push Ups: 10, 12, 7, 8, 9
Sit-ups: 18, 18, 22, 22, 18, 18, 15, 28
